Shigaraki

Shigaraki is (by media) speculated to be the leader of the league. His quirk is decay, turning whatever he touches with all five of his fingers to dust. He is known to be the "symbol of fear" directly opposing All Might. His goal? Show the world how fragile their sense of safety is.
